Service Description
Where master class meets dinner with friends :) Discover some of the best Sicilian ingredients while learning to create traditional pasta from scratch. Cook & Dine Palermo offers a bespoke journey for food enthusiasts looking to immerse themselves in the authentic flavors of Sicily. WHAT TO EXPECT: First we’ll discuss and tailor the menu based on seasonal ingredients, dietary restrictions* & occasion. Every course will be paired to an exquisite private selection of Sicilian wines. Next, your chef & host will welcome you with an aperitivo, followed by a 2 hr cooking session. You can expect to learn about ingredients while actively making two delicious recipes. The menu varies according to the season but is comprised of a traditional pasta dish & dessert. You'll enjoy a relaxed and delicious dinner in a welcoming dining area with a spectacular view of the surrounding mountains of Palermo. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, so we allow for cancellations up to 72 hours before the class starts. If you wish to cancel a booking within this time frame, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid. Any cancellations made after the deadline will not be eligible for a refund. Customers also have the option to reschedule their booking up to 48 hours before the class starts, subject to availability. In case of rescheduling, the customer is required to provide the necessary details so that we can cater to their request. Please note that any cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made via our website or email. We reserve the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control. In such cases, we will provide a full refund to the customer.
